The Hunt For The Matsugon

A family of creatures have been sighted in the area around Matsudo, these creatures are believed to be related to the North American Sasquatch (Big Foot) or the Hibagon seen around Mount Hiba. Locals are to be notified that the creatures seem friendly. 

Hunt for the Matsugon is a photographic body of work, completed at Paradise AIR, an artist in residency program located in Matsudo, Japan. The work explores cultural ties between the United States and Japan by transposing a symbol of American folk culture into the city of Matsudo.
